The ragtag members of Empty Suits blend character monologues, tag-out journeys, group games and other advanced techniques to form a unique, entertaining long-form improv show. Known for their dark humor, these improvisers delve into the lives of the show's main characters and explore the offbeat and sometimes insane worlds in which they live.
The Empty Suits are composed of a dare-devil bartender, an adventurous engineer, an adorable scientist, an outspoken photographer and a vivacious artist. They have trained together since September 2007 and regularly perform with JaCKPie Theatre Workshop at Relapse Theatre in Midtown Atlanta.
They have participated in the following improv festivals: Spontaneous Combustion Festival, Atlanta, March 2009; Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, Austin, September 2009; Black Box Improv Festival, Atlanta, September 2009. They have also performed at Fusebox Theatre in Nashville and Theatre 99 in Charleston.
