Actors at Jackpie are graduates of our training program and play on Improv Teams and in shows here in our home at Relapse Theatre.

  • Aaron Marshall

    Aaron Marshall is a member of Don't Science.

  • Adam Lowe

    Adam Lowe is a member of Four Ate Five.

  • Alyson West

    Alyson is not a professional breakdancer, regardless of what you may have heard or overheard her explaining in detail to others. (Member Since: Jan 2009)

  • Amie Nisler

    Amie has been a member of JaCKPie since September 2007.

  • Amy Roeder

    She is an original mainstage cast member of Boston's Improv Asylum. Amy joined Jackpie in 2009.

  • Angelyn Pass

    Angelyn is a member of Free Kittens at Jackpie Theatre.

  • Bill Leahy

    Bill is a mad scientist and a member of Don't Science. He does an absurd amount of other stuff and loves GA Tech, Theatre and his family but not neccesarily in that order.

  • Bill Seybolt

    Bill migrated over to JaCKPie in the spring of 2006 and regularly performs with Four Ate Five.

  • Bill Worley

    Bill is an improviser for Automatic Improv, Dad's Garage, and JaCKPie. He thinks it's totally awesome to have a bio on a real life website.

  • Brad Binkley

    Brad improvises to kill time while he waits to hear his name called in the NBA draft.

  • Brad Kloth

    Brad likes food, and amazingly, his last name rhymes with "both." Before Jackpie he played at Second Base with Damian Dunn and Kasey Libby. (Member Since: 2003)

  • Bran Peacock

    Bran is the Head Writer for Jackpie Sketch and a member of multiple Chambers winning team Toxic Gumby.

  • Bret Love

    After performing regularly with the Basement Theatre, Cineprov and Dad's Garage, Bret began studying with JaCKPie in 2007, and currently performs with Don't Science and Automatic Theatre.

  • Charlie Adair

    Free Kittens Member Charlie Adair loves acting and will see you all in the lights.

  • Chris Nik

    Chris builds motorcycles, designs websites and has been improvising since 1998. (Member Since: 2001)

  • Chris Pierce

    Chris is a founder of The JaCKPie Theatre Workshop and was one half of the original JaCKPie Duo with Jim Karwisch. (Member Since: 2001)

  • Christina Davis

    Christina has dreams of traveling the world and winning the nobel prize for Physics. Christina is a member of Baby Named Rage and Wish I Was Blond.

  • Curtis Smythe

    Curtis plays on In Harm's Way and Drug Money. Favorite Movie: Fast Times At Ridgemont High

  • Damian Dunn

    Damian is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He has performed in both long and short-form improv, sketch comedy local plays, and numerous independent films. (Member Since: 2003)

  • Derek Mize

    Derek currently performs with JaCKPie and the Multimedia Improv Show “Sideshow” and in the Improv Duo “Fratkin and Mize.”

  • DJ Ledet

    DJ Ledet - DJ is a member of the crescent team Voodoo Cat Orchestra. He is originally from New Orleans and has been learning, teaching, and performing improv since 1999. He is a huge Saints fan. Who Dat!

  • Doug Miller

  • Duke Korey

    Duke Korey is a member of Four Ate Five.

  • Erin Lindsey

    Erin Lindsey is an actress and improviser from Atlanta. She has been improvising since 2001 and has performed with Laughing Matters and recently completed the JackPie Theater Workshop program. She is currently a member of VooDoo Cat Orchestra at Jackpie.

  • Frank Cox

    Frank Cox is a member of Baby Named Rage.

  • Jason Koehler

    Summer Koehler is a member of Don't Science.

  • Jay Revis

    Jay Revis has performed improv for three years in Atlanta at The Basement Theatre and on the festival circuit around the country. He recently completed the Jackpie training program and can be seen performing with his new team.

  • Jeffrey Wisard

    Jeffrey Wisard is a member of the Team "Your Mom's Mom". Being on stage and creating with others is what Jeffrey enjoys most about improv. That, and applying the basics of improv to life - listening, being in the moment, having a want, and being emotionally available and aware.

  • Jen Caldwell

    Jen is a veteran of Atlanta stage and screen. She was Jackpie's first Improv Director and was college friends with Jim Karwisch. (Member Since: 2001)

  • Jen Thrasher

    Jen joined Jackpie in 2008. She is now a member of the team Gigantor.

  • Jeremiah Prescott

    Jeremiah Kulani Prescott started taking classes at Jackpie in early 2007. He can now be seen on the stage performing with Free Kittens. He was brought into the Improv world by Kittens' coach Jen Caldwell. He is also sometimes considered the 5th member of Sideshow, because he invented the format with Chris Nik.

  • Jessyca Holland

    Jessyca is raising two beautiful daughters and is married to a wonderful husband who makes a great partner in life and on the stage.

  • Jillian Fratkin

    Jillian is a member of the house team "Kevin", performs weekly with Sideshow on Friday nights and is the teacher of both Levels 2 and 4. She is also the Producer of Jackpie Sketch.

  • Jim Dewberry

    Jim has been doing improv since 2001. He performs with Guttersmack and the Canvas All-Stars. His all time favorite scene started with the line "Your majesty, they're here. They're outside the front gate!"

  • Jim Karwisch

    Jim has been improvising for more than 15 years. He is the founder and owner of Jackpie and also Teaches, Coaches, Performs and Directs.

  • Joanna Davidovich

    Its all about character... Joanna Davidovich is a freelance animator who enjoys bringing characters to life on paper as well as on the stage.

  • Josh Lowder

    Josh Lowder is a member of Gigantor.

  • Karen Heim

    Karen started her improv training at Dad’s Garage in early 2007 and transferred to Jackpie in 2008. Now a graduate of the Jackpie Training school Karen is a member of the team Don’t Science.

  • Kasey Libby

    Kasey Libby is a member of House Team "Kevin" and the Splinter Team Babies mit Bearden and has been performing with JaCKPie since 2003.

  • Katie Gainer

    Katie began her improvisation career with Liquid Fun in the fall of 2002, a fantastic student-run improv group at BostonUniversity. She joined Jackpie in 2007.

  • Katrina Trivers

    Katrina started taking improv classes in Chapel Hill, NC as an antidote to graduate school and discovered making stuff up was just as fun as learning biostatistics.

  • Keith Hooker

    Keith Hooker has been doing improv since God was young and can remember when the Almighty was waaaay funnier.

  • Kelli Murbach

    The irony of needing a plan in order to move and also being an improviser isn’t lost on her; she actually finds the whole thing quite amusing.

  • Laura Lewis

    Laura Lewis is a member of Gigantor.

  • Leigh Hays

    At the age of four, Leigh’s parents offered her a quarter for 5 minutes of silence at the lunch counter at Irwin’s Drugstore. She didn’t earn a quarter that day but she did begin her career as a performer. Leigh is a member of Four Ate Five.

  • Lev Gartman

    Lev is a member of Your Mom's Mom, in the cast of Improv Monster and the Producer for Jackpie Films. You'd think he'd let all that fame go to his head. And, you'd be right.

  • Lisa Spires

    Lisa is a member of Don’t Science.

  • Matt Gardner

    Matt Gardner would like to tell you many things about himself, but finds this space a bit restrictive. He has been with Jackpie since January ’09, and is currently fielding questions about himself.

  • Matthew Falkenberg

    Matthew Falkenberg began studying improvisational theatre in 2001 and has since been a member of several improv groups. He founded the annual Black Box Improv Festival in 2004.

  • Meghan Peacock

    Meghan performed with and was Improv Director for The Comedy Reponse Unit in Atlanta for several years and was one of the founders of the Red Chair Theater. Meghan now plays for house team Kevin.

  • Melissa Travis

    Melissa Travis grew up in Ohio and thinks the Midwest is a great place to be from. She enjoys knitting and watching her 401k deflate. Melissa is a member of Gigantor.

  • Michael McReynolds

    A frustrated physicist, Michael McReynolds quickly realized he would have better luck in his attempt to shape the universe by rearranging digital images rather than particles.

  • Mike Brune

    Mike Brune is a filmmaker and actor from Atlanta, GA. He has been improvising since 1998 and has performed at the Chicago Improv Festival, the Atlanta Improv Festival and SECAF and is a regular performing with the Jackpie Theater Workshop and Dad's Garage Theater.

  • Nate Dorn

    Occupation: Photo/Video and internet Content provider and overall, just an idea guy. Nate is a member of Baby Named Rage.

  • Pat Young

    Pat Young is an office assistant by day, an improviser by night, and a guitar hero 24/7.

  • Paul Hartsell

    Paul is a proud father of none and more proud to work with the Don’t Science crew, helping to make people’s day a little bit better through laughter.

  • Rob Reeves

    Rob Reeves is a member of Gigantor.

  • Robin Spera

    Robin Spera still has no clue what she wants to be when she grows up.

  • Sacha Dzuba

    An Enigma, wrapped in a Puzzle, housed within an Impossibility, Sacha is a member of the “Free Kittens”.

  • Sally Ann Cone

    Sally is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Coup de Theatre Atlanta and is a member of the new Jackpie improv team "Don't Science".

  • Sara Gaare

    Sara Gaare performs on the house team Kevin and is a cast member of the Mainstage show Improv Monster. She also writes for JaCKPie Sketch and has a solo improvised show Simply Sara.

  • Scott Miles

    Currently part of In Harms Way. Has been doing comedy all of his life. Didn't realize that what he was doing was called improv until he took a class at 18.

  • Scott Rogers

    Scott performs with Baby Named Raged and has enjoyed long form improv since beginning Level 1 classes at JackPie in 2007.

  • Sean Gaynor

    You might be surprised, after a conversation with Sean, that you still have no grasp of his background or what he does for a living. This is probably because he runs on a lot of tangents.

  • Shannon Jenkins

    Shannon discovered JaCKPie in the fall of 2007 and quickly made it his home. He is a member of House Team "Kevin" and a Jackpie Instructor.

  • Shelley Paul

    Shelley's 1977 copy of "My Book About Me," contains the following: (p. 57) When I grow up I want to be... an Acrobat. (p. 23) My favorite food is... ice cream, cake and candy. Shelley is a member of team Gigantor. (Member Since: Sept 2007)
