At the age of four, Leigh’s parents offered her a quarter for 5 minutes of silence at the lunch counter at Irwin’s Drugstore. She didn’t earn a quarter that day but she did begin her career as a performer. Her first on stage speaking role was in the 5th grade where she played George Washington. Theatre became a way of life and while in high school she earned her an acting internship with Shakespeare-by-the-Sea. She talked her way through a BFA in Theatre Performance at Auburn University. She has appeared in various plays the long running The Lost Colony in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Today Leigh continues to talk in commercials, voice-overs, films, and improv. When she is not on stage talking, she talks to people about buying/selling houses. Today she actually earns quarters for all that talking.
